The Smith Mountain Lake Multiple Listing Service is available thru the link below. At any given time there are over 2,000 properties for sale (in the lake area), which includes 500 miles of shoreline and 1,500 square miles of exquisite surrounding countryside.

All of the waterfront homes and waterfront lots are here, as are the lake access properties, farms and acreage tracts. (Commercial real estate listings are not publically accessible, but as a broker I have access to all that information, so call me any time if that is your interest.) 

Since viewing every listing is too much data, when you click the link our MLS auto-displays a small percentage of the most expensive properties. From here, simply click the blue "Edit" button to fine tune your search.

Important: Use the control key for multiple choices and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 is strongly recommended.
